How does scheduling work for ma's?

Hey everyone I'm new to this
I see some places have a schedules. Now even tho they are scheduled at the place, does it mean they see see clients all day or is there days where they are just causally there? Is there days where girls can be scheduled and see no one and also how many clients could I see in 1 full day.
I'm asking because I'm thinking of joining to be an ma...

So it will depend on the place, but generally you are able to schedule the hours you want, though there may be limitations/obligations. How full your schedule is depends on a combination of luck and you. In an ideal world you will all be prebooked but that depends on your ability to market yourself, otherwise you'll need to rely on walk-ins. While this isn't bad it does mean there may be days you spend your entire shift there and don't earn anything. In terms of maximum number of clients - depends on how long they book you for, any policies regarding turnaround at the parlour and your ability to keep going. A few SWer friends of mine would often have a full 12 hour day fully booked, do that for 3-4 days and then take the rest of the time off, but that's what worked for them

Thank u for the info. I just see at locations that people are scheduled. So I was wondering if I would just be there if u didn't have any clients. Take the walk ins. A friend was telling me cmj doesn't allow walk ins. So I wouldn't want to start there.

I've walked in to CMJ, so I'm not sure that's true.

Ahh kk. That's good then. Has it always been like this? So would people just be able to choose who ever is there at work if they are available and not with a client? Is there a limit to how many people I can book in a day?

What if that person walking in is someone I would know? Don't they have to have a membership.

I don't work in a spa, but I'd assume the limit to the number of people you can book in a day is constrained only by how long you're working. I'm pretty sure there's no requirement that you have to keep open slots for walk-ins. And for your other question, I had a membership when I walked in.

I don't work in a spa, but I'd assume the limit to the number of people you can book in a day is constrained only by how long you're working. I'm pretty sure there's no requirement that you have to keep open slots for walk-ins. And for your other question, I had a membership when I walked in.

I believe you'll get better answers by contacting the spas or clubs directly. I'm sure they will be happy to give you detailed explanations about how thing works if you want to join them. I believe they all have slightly different work policies.

Hello , if i have an advise to give you , don't go to spas to start . I know many girls who did and regret it .
My advise is try to make some search , make professionnal pictures and a good website and screen hard everyone before you see them .
In spas there are members , so many walk ins and weird costumers.
In the spas , you will pay for room fees, advertising etc and you will go home with almost nothing .When you are independant , all the money goes to you ,gifts connections etc .
I am trying to help you by giving you best advise but you have the right what works best for you .Good luck !

Yes, some spas charge the MA a booking fee for the shift (eg. $50) or a room fee (eg. $10 apparently for cleaning supplies) per booking.

You basically set your own schedule and you decide how many clients you see during your working hours.
It all depends on the clients, if clients want to see you then they will book you more.
Also there are certain hours and certain days that will be busier than others.

Basically, thru the schedule we see your availability and when clients wants to see you they will try to find the available time slot.

You don't have to see them if you are uncomfortable. I do believe most of the places have cameras and you can see if you are ok to meet them when they come in the front reception.

So when if I were to start up, my photos would go online. What happens if a member were to see my photos and recognize me?

You or editor can blur out recognizable features.
Don't have to show face or have it blurred or covered.

Just contact one or more of the MAs that you vibe with and see if they can give you pointers.
Or just contact all of the spas and see which one gives you the best option.
Go in for an interview, they might even show you around the place, the rooms so you see how things work.

Yeah there are different groups already out there who's aim is to help Providers. Maybe reach out to the OIC group and see if they have someone who could mentor your. There are a few Ladies who go back and forth between Indy and Clubs, Spas. Or even reach out directly to one of the Ladies here on Terb who post, I don't want to give out names, but they are regularly on here. That is what I would do start with those who know more than I bunch of guys hiding behind their screen names giving you random advice based on what we have been told (real or fake). I hope that helps.
