How much would you estimate you've spent on Strip Clubs, Massage
Parlors, and Escort services (in total)?

I think I'm hitting around 4 grande.

By the way, this poll is for actual Canadian $$ spent for the service.
It does not include cash spent for beer at Strip Clubs, nor cash for
renting hotel... just for the actual service.

Remember, not everyone has spent years on this forum.

There are tons of newbies joining everyday, perhaps they want
to be part of fun too!

Looking at your post count, I can see you've been here quite some
time. Perhaps you should consider retiring from this forum if you
don't like seeing repeated topics... Think about it, how much can
you really say about this industry? You'll always get repeated
topics, there's nothing you can do!

Next time if you have something negative to say to someone, use PM.
Let's keep this forum positive and fun for everyone!

Don't attack Sheik, he is a constant source of info for the rest of us. Simple etiquette for everyone, do a search before you post - it's called research.

Words of advice...

1. Search before posting, most polls have been done to death.

2. Respect your elders. Even if you dont agree with them or like their responses, they are the ones who are responsible for contributing the information that the rest of us research.

3. There is no need for inflamatory, insulting, demeaning or profane remarks. If you have nothing of value to contribute in a thread, keep your comments to yourself lest you paint a target on your head for the TERB snipers who prey on naive newbie flamers.

4. Contribute before you ask for handouts. You gain credibility with members by sharing new information in a constructive manner, making it much more likely that the favor will be returned when you need it.

5. Dont take on Sheik in a flame war. You are woefully overmatched in wits, experience and sheer knowledge.

My case...

I get $250 (US) per diem when I am on business travel. That covers for hotel, food, and transportation. I have decided to get a room in Bond Place Hotel (which will be less than $100 US), and spend the rest on this business. So, technically am I really spending my money, or am I managing my per diem around this hobby?

In either case, I am getting a discount when I am on business trips :)

Ask my accountant.
Speaking of which does anyone know of any RMTs that offer spa services such as those found in HFH or B&S. I'd love to be able to claim that on insurance. Stick it to the man!!!
Please PM me.

I have spent...

Well over $75,000 USD in the past 4 years. Enough to buy a couple of cars, furnish my home, or pay for a child's college education. It is a scary amount of money, but I have definitely gotten more fun out of spending the money this way than the other ways I mentioned!

1. Search before posting, most polls have been done to death. - I agree with this totally. It get frustrating

2. Respect your elders. Even if you dont agree with them or like their responses, they are the ones who are responsible for contributing the information that the rest of us research. I disagree with this one. Even if you dont agree with them? What is this, the Mob? Don't speak unless spoken too? Post your opinion, no matter who it is pointed to, but keep it intelligent and civil

3. There is no need for inflamatory, insulting, demeaning or profane remarks. If you have nothing of value to contribute in a thread, keep your comments to yourself lest you paint a target on your head for the TERB snipers who prey on naive newbie flamers. This should also apply for those self-appointed "snipers". 500 posts hardly make anyone valuable. It is the content that does. If we are constantly sniping at newbies, the board won't grow

4. Contribute before you ask for handouts. You gain credibility with members by sharing new information in a constructive manner, making it much more likely that the favor will be returned when you need it. Another great point

5. Dont take on Sheik in a flame war. You are woefully overmatched in wits, experience and sheer knowledge. No need to egg someone on....Shiek can stand up for himself

Re-read #2

I never said keep your opinion to yourself, just respect your elders by disagreeing in a civil and appropriately phrased manner.

Point of clarification only, we're saying the same thing.

Incidentally, I spend according to my mood. When I am dating seriously, I spend very little, only for a little variety. When I'm not in a relationship, I tend to go on binges and sample depending on where business takes me.

Don't regret it, I lost that much money in the stock market. At least you got something out of it :)

B]Words of advice...

1. Search before posting, most polls have been done to death.
I usually do searches (75% of the time) but end up sifting through
about 20-30 threads before I get the info I need.

2. Respect your elders. Even if you dont agree with them or like their responses, they are the ones who are responsible for contributing the information that the rest of us research.
So what you are saying here is that if any elder comes along
and starts shooting his mouth off, I have to sit back and take all
his abuse? I don't think so! Respect is earned, not automatically
given. Just because he has earned your respect, it doesn't mean
has earned mine.

3. There is no need for inflamatory, insulting, demeaning or profane remarks. If you have nothing of value to contribute in a thread, keep your comments to yourself lest you paint a target on your head for the TERB snipers who prey on naive newbie flamers.
For legal purposes, you had better clarify this! For your knowledge,
you're not talking to a 18 year-old kid here.

4. Contribute before you ask for handouts. You gain credibility with members by sharing new information in a constructive manner, making it much more likely that the favor will be returned when you need it. I have shared all my experiences, either via
PM or by thread creation. "Asking for handouts"??? how is this
thread asking for handouts? It was meant to be fun to break the
monotony of the typical, "went to see XXXXX and got XXXXX" type
of threads.

5. Dont take on Sheik in a flame war. You are woefully overmatched in wits, experience and sheer knowledge.
As in real life, I will never sit back and get 'Punked off'. If someone
has something negative to say to me, then rest assure I'll come
up with an interesting rebuttal... You get what you give.
In conclusion, this forum is just an interest to me. You make it seem
as if I consider this part of my life. I care not for "free hand-outs",
nor gaining "creditibility". This is just past-time reading material
for me, any more would make it an addiction... are you an addict?

Fine, perhaps this topic has been done before, but judging by the
number of views and number of ppl who responded to the poll,
I can conclude that there were at least a few ppl who were
interested. Not everyone has spend years on this forum, some
ppl, like me, are interested in polls and statistics. New ppl are
joining everyday... let them have their 2 cents.

Who gives you the right to dictate what can and cannot be written in this forum?

(the moderator can dictate what you are and are not allowed to say and the moderator is warning you to show some respect to the advice given)

There was a distinct nasty uncalled for poisonous tone in Sheik's response. You get what you give out. I don't care how senior you are or think you are, comments made which are intended to humiliate, undermine, intimidate, bully, castigate, and belittle are inappropriate. The original poster was merely trying to contribute to this forum. Take your condescention and arrogance and, well you know.

searches...

Doing searches is fine, but hampered by the fact that 2-3 letter search terms are excluded, thus removing the ability to search for IT HFH BP B&S etc - and not everyone spells out the names in the text...

Just a thought

I respect and appreciate Shiek's contributions as well as anyone but I think some people here were a little tough on AznBikerBoi. He is relatively new to the board and I remember when I first started posting on TERB (in all its various forms) I made a few useless posts of my own.

As for respecting your elders... I've gotten into some flames with people with a high number of posts. Just because your post total is high doesn't mean that you deserve respect. We've had some people banned from TERB recently who had high post totals and certainly don't deserve our respect. And there are some people here who have relatively low post totals yet are valuable contributers.

I find it very difficult for me to place a monetary value on the close personal companionship of any of the great Ladies here, let along keep track of it. Though I can assure you that it will be far less expensive seeing a SP than the cost of marriage that ends in a divorce. And you will never hear the words..."Oh I have a headache!"
