If you’re talking about STI testing, back when I was active I’d go twice a year.

Unless something specific happened like broken condom (happened twice) or a few times where the girl got a bit risky.

Like many others, twice a year + any time I suspect something due to risky SP behaviour etc. I am much less active now and still get tested at least twice a year. Last year I only had one SP encounter during a 6 month span and got tested anyway.

I go 3X a year. If I suspect something wrong than make an extra trip like many of you do. Other than that - 3 is my lucky number, speaking of three always wanted to pull the trigger on a threesome. Eventually - ok going off topic.
