How often do you get morning erections? Your age?

I'm past 40 (not telling because it'd be too depressing), morning wood on a regular basis and still get the very rare wet dream.

As you get older the morning wood fades for most...your testosterone is starting to decline..stifness starts to decline and you shrink a bit too
Hello, Fellow Hobbiests,
You are correct, Twister. I'm in my 50's and lost morning wood for a while. I had my testosterone level checked, found it low, and with the testosterone back up, so are the morning boners. I can last longer in the sack, too. Boners are harder, and seem a bit larger by a fraction of an inch. I inject testosterone every two weeks and am now one happy camper.
I'm new to TERB, but have been on MERB almost two years.

Every morning. The biggest problem is when I got to take my first pee. I have to grab a hold of it with both hands and thrust my hips back and bend foward before I can get a good angle to hit the bowl.
Instaling a urinal at home would be better. No Cirque de Soleil moves first thing in the morning.

I seem to get them regularly on the mornings where I have to jump out of bed and rush off to work, and never on the mornings where I can lounge around in bed for a few hours.
Actually, I have a similar experience.

It turns out that most people experience erections during REM sleep; it has nothing to do with what you are dreaming about either.

On a lazy day, when you wake up naturally, you have come out of REM already, transitioned to light sleep, and then woken up. Thus, no wood.

When you are woken by an alarm or other external stimulus, you could very likely be in REM at the time and thus wake up rigid.

AGE AND WOODS dont have a relationship

in my opinion that is. However, dont worry too much about something being wrong.

Usually its a matter of things for me.. Stress in life, when the last time was that I had sex and how tired I am.

I wake up with Mr.Woody i would saying about 40 % of the time . It has been like that through the past 5 years or so (ever since i actually started caring about it)

I am now in my 30's by book .. but feel more like late 40's.

I have to sit as if I shit and bend my torso forward all the way to the ground

Every few days, most usually early morning (6-8am); not so if I sleep in. Bet then again, early morning is when morning wood is most common.

I've read that it's normal to get morning wood. Unfortunately for the past few years(roughly) I seldom wake up with a hard on. I'm turning 40 next year and wondered if growing older the morning erections are supposed to lessen. Either way I think I will have to go see a doctor about other issues regarding my lack of wood and drive.
Hey 4pack... Try to get 2 more packs, so you'll have 6 packs like me and get more chicks lining up for you. If you worry too much about wood, it'll make it worse. Just do heavy cardio exercises regularly to keep your blood flow strong and leave the worries all behind, your wood will be back in no time. I am in my mid 60s now, semi retired, too much time in my hand and my sex drive is getting stronger than before. A bit too much more than I would like.
