When you raised this originally it was not in the context of health concerns . Unless you plan on asking for a blood test what would change on date 2 to 5 ?

A reward for being a "good girl " ? Wrong approach IMHO . If you are looking for good sex you might have better luck by pleasing her .

It sort of sounds more like you don't really enjoy it but feel some obligation after a certain period of time .
