Howto pick up girls on the TTC

I have a friend who drives for the TTC. He's been there for a while and has a nice easy route -along the York University area. Downsview bus, I believe. He gets hit ON at least once a week but, he believes in not shitting where he eats.

He's a total pro at work -no screwing around. He calls out all the stops, he's polite and overall a nice guy. He's somewhat quiet, reserved and has no trouble with the ladies. But he has sworn -with some of the stories he's told the boys, that he's been tempted - but would never act on it.

His thoery is -why blow a job that's so good and so easy for some tail.

Having given you the best advise that I can up thread, I think I'm entitled to chime in with this:

I think your attitude towards your work, the union, etc., sums up pretty neatly exactly what is wrong with unions in the first place, and that the city would be much better off if we could eliminate the TTC union.

Maybe the system would then be profitable to run.

That is a ridiculous statement. If you wanted the TTC to be run better then get rid of the politicians running the system first. Then you actually need to have people hired by their merits not because they know somebody. Most if not all of the management team at the TTC is employed by their friends. If their was an investigation they would surely be relieved of their positions which they do not have the credentials to actually fulfill the requirements for.
