Suppose I wanted to get into that original thread. (I'm not saying I do, but just suppose...)

Should I just call the webmaster up on the phone and ask to be let in?
Would it help if I offered access to deleted threads of my own?
Should I just spend the money for a fake version of the original thread and hope that will be enough for me?
Maybe if I just leave Terb for good the moderators will miss me and show up at my door sometime and offer it all up to me?
Perhaps I'll just find another thread that, while not as big, still appeals to me.

The possibilities are endless...

It will be missed. Zog, your posts are always worth reading, but damn! Roger Melon. Will you find such a muse again? Some of your posts were genius. A latter day Dean Martin to Greeksters Jerry Lewis.
Thanks for the recognition.

I agree. Roger Melon was a perfect foil for young Greekster in that gone-but-not-forgotten thread. I hope he finds a home here on TERB despite the departure of that thread.

It's true, I feel as if my very self has been deleted. I'm actually surprised to hear I've made a total of 35 posts in any other threads on Terb. This was the coolest thing I ever found on-line, and it had crossed my mind once or twice to save it all as text. (I didn't though dammit!)

And no, I'm not the same guy as the thread starter. I only wish I could write such rich material.

During that thread , with its many twists and turns you were like the colonoscope guiding us through the bowels of its dark passages. Your motto could be " Secum and yee shall find":D

I guess I was the only one that it seemed a little g__ (not that there is anything wrong with that).

A guy posting about getting anal from his GF(s) and a bunch of guys give him advise, cheering him on and eagerly anticipating the next chapter. :p

It was almost like a communal circle jerk. lol

I did stop reading it. Seem childish to me. Just my opinion.

I'm not familiar with what a communal circle jerk is like. You seem to know so perhaps you might start a new thread to share that experience with the prose starved masses.

Note to self:That was just being confrontational, I must learn to play nice.

I didn't think it was actually serious, I figured that the greekster was winding everyone up . It may have been childish but it was funnier than most things on tv.

No, I'm deleting that too. I realized later that it would be just as disasterous.

Sometimes too much public info can be a pain in the ass.

All I ask is a very quick post in the future titled "I succeeded". Text beyond that is not even necessary. That will be enough for me to make the whole thing worthwhile.

Yes. Either that or "I give up". I like nice endings....

All good things come to an end, eventually, but it was a fun thread to participate... :D
