I-N: Three Strikes, I'm Out

Well, it happened to me again.

After all the talk of the lovely Sabrina, last week I made an appointment to see her this Wednesday. No problem, I got the confirmation email, confirmed from that, all was well. I got an email almost immediately after I confirmed their confirmation, saying that they weren't sure that Sabrina would be there Wednesday, could I reschedule for Tuesday. I emailed back saying no, sorry, had to be Wednesday or not at all. No response, I figured no problem, especially considering someone's comments here on how quickly her schedule was filling up.

I got an email today (Tuesday) cancelling my appointment; apparently Sabrina's "time of the month" came early and she went home.

Okay, full marks for the more than 24 hours notice, and yes, Mother Nature can be a bitch, but of the four appointments I've made with I-N, three have been cancelled. The fourth, with the delightful Isabelle, she was terribly apologetic that she wasn't up to her usual standard because she wasn't well.

I emailed I-N to gripe about being cancelled yet again, and the response that I got back was that I was having a stream of bad luck, and their tours in general were a success. A success for them, perhaps, but for sure not for me.

Anyway, that's where things stand now. I'm grumpy, and beginning to wonder if I'm a bad-luck charm.

I had an activated appt with Sabrina this afternoon. Never heard from them, I'm not impressed. They could at least send an email. Seems like we are not getting the whole truth here.

I also had an activated appointment for this afternoon but did get the same e-mail that DavidO got first thing this morning. Fortunately, I didn't waste a trip.

Typical I-N Crap ....

It (crap) must be in their DNA .... I thought they had learned from their mistakes in the past about being more respectful to us ... given that they are better than before when I was twice booked and confirmed but never even got a single email about the tours were canceled ... I guess mother nature is hard to predict but why bother scheduling something when she is so close to her time of the month ... you should all get a credit from Maxine for wasting your time and make sure it comes off their agency fees and not from the girls ...

What is wrong with you ?????

I am very close from being pissed off right now !!!! If you are not happy with our services please do not use it or stop complaining.

What do you think that we are, an army boot camp for the girls... If the girl is sick, do not feel good or have her unexpected period; she is going back home thats as simple as that. If somebody have a problem with that, open your own agency, try it for yourself and goodluck...Things happen and thats life. We have send a personal e-mails to each and every single person that was on her schedule today and we even called(at 8h30am) the first client this morning to let him know that it was cancelled. If this is not enough for you in terms of respect than you have a serious problem or maybe you would prefer to go see a girl who has her period and do not feel good ????? I dont think you know many agency that will tour your city(and many other) every week and if you do (which i doubt) I garantee you that they have exactly the same problems as us. Once again, if you dont know about this business your better not talk.

And I am not even mentionning the lack of respect from some of you guys (I am not mentionning any names) to the sweet Sabrina yesterday... You guys have the best donations of every cities and you are the worst complainer of all AND you have the guts of treating the girls like that.. No wonder why nobody wants to visit your city..

Easy guys......easy

I personally have not had any problems with IN. I have had a cancellation before but I have also had two woderful encounters.
To gripe and bitch at IN is not really called for.
They run a pretty good service from what I can see, and like any service can run into problems. They are dealing in a comodity that is not in any way totally under thier control.
As bad as that sounds it is true. No one can control mother nature and what she deals.

Sabrina was here and she did see some clients......but she was trying to get back on her feet from a cold and that might have been a factor in the whole scene.

Let's not get to fired up or IN just might stop sending the ladies here.....and we do not want that.

The customers are always right!!!

Maxine,

Let me teach you one more golden business practice - "The customers are always right!!!!" no matter what and you should know that given you are in the service business. From the sounds of it, not everyone got a personal email in time.

Instead of sending a "close to being pissed off" post even if you are, you should really be more political about it as we are your value customers after all. If my customer service rep says something like this to my customers even if the customers are totally wrong and rude, I would still fire her right away! As a co-owner and customer service rep, you should probably be even more apologetic so you can win back some support from others on the board. And to make the customers who booked happy and feeling that you are going to do something to make up to them, you should probably also say something like in your email " ... we will try to reschedule another top model in this week and give you a discount for the next appt because of the inconvenience this has caused ....." Having this kind of service mindset should be something in your blood ....

I saw Sabrina in Toronto not too long ago and I thought she was incredibly nice. So what that you've had some problems with the agency. I've had my share of booking problems in the past but it's understandable. For the most part they've been great.

Maxine bring back Sabrina to Toronto, I'd love to see her again.

The customers are not always right, especially the customers that they don't want. Stop teaching people how to run business. Who the F*** are you anyway.

Cn

I have had great experiences with CN. The ladies are great. I have had some cancellations too. But the fact that the CN ladies come here outweigh some of the inconviences.

I am concerned, however, that some of the ladies are suggesting they do not want to come here. I am not sure what is going on... Maybe some of us need to grow up a bit rather than ruin it for all of us.

I think we should remember what the alternative might be for us..

The customers are always right if you want to run a successful company. Who am I? A value I-N customers who happens to run a highly successful multi-million dollar company. Like I said many times in the past, I will say good things if they do good things and I believe I have many times in the past. But expect people who is willing to pay $300/hr and don't complain, I wish life and business are this easy.

Don't be naive for a second. All agencies are money suckers. If there is good money in town, they will come back again and again in no time.

Just to let you know...

Just to let you know,
we did e-mail EVERYBODY that had an appointment with Sabrina. Maybe the only person who didnt recieve it should check in his junk mail or something but we did e-mail everybody. As for saying that we was really sorry and announcing another good visitor for next week, we did also told them about the visit of a newcomer next week so what is your point, I really dont know ??? Client satisfaction comes first; OF COURSE, that's why we dont want you guys to meet with a girl who is sick or have her time of the month...

By the way, I would really like to run a multi-million legal business and spend all my days on this board... That's what I call a good life..;)

That's called stress relief to get some humour and excitement out to make sure all the right decisions are made ... not sure if you call it a good life when you are working 7 days a week and 365 days a year even when you are supposed to be vacationig in Vegas and sometimes 22 hours a day when I am on the other side of the world ... probably a somewhat rewarding but very hard and stressful life ... but I like it this way and have no plans to change yet ...

Some arguments are fights are good as opposed to hearing "yes, yes, yes, and yes ....." all day long.

The customer

The customer is NOT always right...

"WHAT A CUSTOMER PERCEIVES IS WHAT IS ALWAYS RIGHT"

I-N should handle this concern privately and with more intent to satisfy any disgruntled customers. Any and all comments or excuses from I-N are not necassary.

This is HOW you build a multi million dollar company.
