I go regularly to a RMT and now and then to the other side of massage that my insurance won't cover. I know I'm dreaming but I wish some of the RMT I see would offer the service. The other day I notice these 2 new RMT at the place I go and one of them I just wish she would be working on both sides. Maybe I should date a RMT and get both services.

I notice provinces like Manitoba don't have a regulated body for massage and call my insurance and ask about it. My insurance will pay a massage from any massage place in Manitoba (with a doc's note) but because Ontario is regulated they only pay for RMT.

Well maybe my question is... anyone have ever ask a RMT for extra's and what was there reaction?

It won't happen, regulations are too strict. The closest I've seen it happen this was one lady who kept her RMT and other clientele completely separate. She'd not let one customer from the RMT side switch over to the other side, she'd refuse to see them on both sides in that case. She'd maintain two separate locations for both sides.

Let me tell you what is going on behind the scenes right now. The entire legit massage industry including the RMTs is not happy about what we call MPs using the word "massage" in their advertising. At some point there will likely be a crackdown and any places with body-rub licenses will be forced to stop using the word "massage" and will instead have to call themselves "adult entertainment" and advertise that only 18+ clients are allowed. Believe me folks, it's going to get worse before it gets better (if at all).

Why can't an RMT offer a HJ as a service? It's a muscle, releases tension, increases endorphins etc. Some massage schools do teach techniques (prostate, tantric) in case the RMT should ever need to use them if the need ever "arises". Once clothes come off and there is touching in a sexual nature, then the line has been crossed over to "Adult Entertainment".

You're probably thinking of schools in Europe, where attitudes are a lot more progressive than here.

And in an RMT place, you're never completely naked. You're always covered by a blanket or long towel and they never go near "sexual places".

Okay... today I went to my regular RMT and ask the question if she ever had got propose for more. She said "yes" then ask me why with this cold look and nasty voice. I just answer back I was just wondering.

Today lesson, never ask again a question with reference of xtra's to a RMT.
