Ok I have had it with the idiot drivers of this area.

How fFFARKING STUPID ARE YOU PEOPLE. WHEN IT IS FARKING SNOWING DAMMIT DRIVE CAREFULLY. TAKE YOUR DAM FOOT OFF THE GAS PEDAL. GO SLOWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I second that Paul. Keep right except to pass. People driving in the left and center lanes without reason is a common cause of traffic congestion, road rage, accidents, etc.

And Hell yeah drive for the conditions, the extra 10 minutes you are gonna save going faster isn't worth the insurance hikes.

The really really stupid drivers seem to be the ones in the city that when turning left figure they still have as much traction now with snow on the roads as they did in summer on dry pavement.

There have been many close calls today that I have seen.

It always amazes me to be traveling north on the 400 within conditions of the road and to have numerous SUV's go screaming by at excessive speed (even over the speed limit).

But then i get to have a good chuckle when I'm approaching my exit and see one of those same SUV's has failed to negotiate the curve on the exit and ended up in the ditch or grass area beside the exit ramp.

For some unknown reason some of these SUV drivers seem to think that the Laws of Physics are suspended for them while driving their SUV. They forget that while the four-wheel drive may help with traction it sure doesn't do any good for braking.

What we put up with here doesn't even compare to the crazy drivers in Calgary. That city has to be the worse place to drive in Canada!

Since many don't have licences that's not necessarily the government's fault, at least not that part of the government!

Obviously there are some idiots who drive too fast, but I would say that there are way more idiots who drive excessively slow, many of whom are simply stupid, untalented, brutal drivers.
Some of these idots are so stupid, they leave their summer tires on all year, and many of them are rearwheel drive!

A few flakes is enough to freak out numerous unskilled drivers who should be taking the bus.

A lack of talent, skill, and common sense is the cause of far more accidents than excessive speed.

Come on down to Kentucky and ill show you some unskilled drivers. 4 years ago they had to shut down 200 miles of the I75 from the top of Kentucky to Tennesse because of 12 inches of snow for almost 5 days.

Canada does not have the monopoly on idiot drivers. At least in Canada people will get out of your way if you are in the passing lane more often than not. In the US, fat chance of this happening very often if at all.

Driving Pet peeves:

1) Getting "walled": cars in both lanes going equally slow.

2) Cell phone users: aka Drifters.......you want BOTH lanes?

3) TTC bus drivers have become cocky with this new yield law

4) Cars with no license plates: if these guys hit you and take off, how are you gonna report it????

5) People on the highway who have no business being on a highway (if you can't go 60 on a regular road, WTF????)

And if the weather is so bad that you have trouble seeing where you are going DON'T ride my ass so you can find your way home faster. The conditions may not be good enough to pull a "break check" on ya but I might just do it anyway.

Yeah I have a nice big winch, but I won't be helping you out of the ditch because you were being an idiot! I have to save that for when I am being an idiot, lol.

Oh and by the way nice healthy layers of ice build up on Jeep roofs, I found out the other day if I reach up and give it a nice good thump that whoever is riding my ass gets a nice windsheild full of ice, so back the hell off!

And yes, 4WD DOES allow me to go faster (although you should not be doing more than 80 km p/h in 4wd anyway).

Another trick for asswipe tailgaters is to drift on to the shoulder and kick up some gravel, ice chunks and shit.

Trust me, they'll back off really quick.
