My first car (I was a teenager) was a Belvedere. That thing was a tank!

I had it just as the fisty VW Rabbits hit the market. I got into an accident with one where I T-Boned the Rabbit.

The Rabbit was totaled and I only had to scrape a bit of yellow paint off the bumper...LOL. I can still picture the look on the guys face before I hit him. He was okay and the accident was his fault.

Amazing, back in the day when cars were made of actual metal and the steel bumpers could take a hit and stay intact.
