Buy a house overlooking a lake and write books, travel with the goal of boinking at least one girl (unpaid) in as many countries as possible, and continue to work at something I love (fry cook at Hooters comes to mind).
Exactly what I'm doing, except for free, and in a better place.

I'm lucky enough to be in a business where I can pare it back a bit, take a few months off a year to travel, and for the rest of the year only work 3 day weeks. That way I'd still have the fulfillment of a career I love.
I would take one month off a year in April and travel Europe or Asia, a different country a year. Then I'd take various times off for travelling to a northern Canadian cottage and a Carribean condo/time share. Then on my days off from my 3 day work weeks, I'd golf various local and far flung golf courses. Ah, who am I kidding? I'd be golfing the days I worked as well, I'd just be doing it with clients instead.
I would just hope that when this happens I will have found someone, preferably a hot little brunette with blue eyes 36C - 28 - 34, with an insatiable appetite for sex to share all of this with. And if I haven't, the search will be lots of fun.

I would do alot of traveling.I would visit Canada and see much of it. Enjoy life to its fullest.
Travel, ski, scuba dive, etc. It would need to be in moderation, since there won't be much of your $100,000 left after the hobby. 
BUT, you also need to do something for the society that has allowed you to have this lifestyle. This means volunteering at something. There are plenty of volunteer opportunities from driving trucks to monitoring homeless shelters at 2:00am. Make a difference.

Nice idea for a thread.
Travel and hobby definately....but I'd also move to europe, and probably take some literature and fine art courses, attend all the best soccer games, get a horse, ahhh the possibilities...once in a while I'd even visit the wife..

I would travel the world, go back to school and get PHD's in everything, and build a little bamboo bar on some beach in a remote corner of the tropics where I'll spend the rest of my days.
