That article was largely about Europe being unwilling to create a counterbalance to the U.S., the ineffectiveness of the UN Security Council, and the need for the U.S. to continue it's role as a world leader, but more along the lines of Cold-War standards. You just seem to contradict yourself and make baseless remarks.
