And bill 33 does not do away with DEI, because DEI is merit based and not quota based. Quotas are already illegal in Canada.

They are qualified to do the job too. That is not woke.
Also, college admissions are never just about grades, and have never been just about grades.
College admissions consider a variety of factors such as your grades, goals, application essays, extracurriculars etc.,
All those factors combined, with weights attached to each, would qualify as "merit".
