Big 'uns will certainly grab my attention quicker, no matter whether they are engineered by man or by God, but you can't beat the touch of naturals. There's also something pleasing about seeing a woman in her 'real' body rather than just looking like a plastic copy of another fake body in a magazine.

Just thought I would throw in my two cents...
NATURAL ALL THE WAY! Doesn't matter size, I just prefer the feel and response and the look.
Not sure if I would say fakes are a deal-breaker, but I would be MUCH more inclined, all else being equal, to see someone with real ones!!

I love man made...and prefer them over natural. In fact the reason I dont see any providers locally is that nobody has them.

I'm definitely a convert to the new implants! There's nothing worse than feeling the edge of the bag on one of the old ones, but recently I was commenting to a stripper that her breasts felt really great and said how much I liked natural ones, but she said no she just had a really good surgeon..
I love big tits real or augmented. I've seen some of the new ones that really spectacular.

Real are preferred if available. If existing is out of proportion, the man made, but the new good ones run a close second. In this business, given the 1st call is based on a picture, good fakes will beat real that don't look right. Mind you, great reviews trump.
But none of the old cheap ones that harden and almost plasticise. Also, if going for a larger size, make it a small moderate change, IE A to B not to D.

Nothing beats real... big or small I love them all. Fake are OK.. but some are more realistic than others. I remember one dancer in the long-gone Jason's who you could feel the seam on theside of the implant when you had a handful of boob. Not the most erotic feeling, and you fight back the urge to go "Ewwww!" LOL

Another vote for "deal breaker". I won't see anyone with man mades. Hate them.

I almost always prefer naturals, even if the naturals are A cup. One rare exception would be Monique, whose "man-mades" are great. Other than her, I would not knowingly book any girls with implants.
