Fellow hobbiests. A very good and trustworthy friend who is a well known industry insider has told me some very alarming news. I am sure he wouldn't mind if I told you he works for ********* <edited by moderator for reasons of confidentiality>. Apparently several of the leading agencies, both incall and outcall, along with some popular independents, have been meeting in private and have decided to collectively raise their prices by as much as 100% very soon. Yes, that is right. You will soon be paying $400 for a low octane session with your favourite SP. Higher octane sessions will run you $500-$600 to empty your tank. My friend has advised me that this is all very hush-hush, and that there is a pact to deny, deny, deny any pending agreement. So if you are among those who feel the need to indulge yourself on a regular basis, my friend's advise to you is to book now in order to save later. Some agencies are already fully booked into next week due to the extra demand. Those who are a little less randy should look and see what alternatives they may have at hand. In fact, I just phoned a popular downtown incall and their price is already up $50 for an extra SOG. Others are sure to follow soon. My local Conservative riding association, unfortunately is defending the rights of the ladies to set their own prices according to what the market will bear. The NDP, thank god for their constant fight for the average Canadian, is demanding a parliamentary inquiry into this kind of disgusting price fixing.
