Intel Atom Based Mini Towers

I am inquiring if anyone has any +'s or -'s about the Atom based processors. I am considering a smaller unit for a desktop since I only surf or email through that unit. All other computing is done elsewhere, ie AutoCad, Photoshop.

Any information would be appreciated!

My acer netbook is atom based (linux). Surfs the web as fast as my AMD AthloneX2 based Desktop.

Atom based processors were designed for and work very well with netbooks. It you only want to surf or email through that unit, they are perfect and cheap.
