Well, what did ya know, corporations do use the iPad to do business.

According to Good Technology, which provides mobile device management services to 49 of the Fortune 100 and 182 of the Fortune 500, 27 percent of the mobile devices activated by its enterprise customers during the second quarter of 2011 were tablets.* And most of those were iPads.

More than 95 percent, actually.

wholly molie, i guess it can only go down from there ;) RIM playbook, Lenovo, HP and Cisco will put a dent in that fairly quickly. the playbook is the ONLY tablet with NIST certification making it the only tablet allowed for use by the US government.

I read a rumor that RIM was pulling the playbook.... who knows, could anyone tell if they did?

RIM issued a statement saying it isn't true. Which could translate to we're not ready yet to pull it.

A really good metric is craigslist against retail prices. So far, the iPad and whatever Android tablet of the month is doing well. You can get Playbooks severely cheaper than retail.
