#1 - Buying directly from Apple will get you an unlocked phone. If you buy from a carrier, or buy a phone that is locked to a carrier, you can bring to any of their stores and pay $20(?) and they will unlock it. If you're buying outright a new iPhone 6, Apple is selling them cheaper than the buy price at the big carriers.Last 2 questions and I'll leave the room.
Last question #1: How and where do I get an iPhone unlocked?
Last question #2: How can I tell if the iPhone 6 is 16GB, 64GB or 128 GB? There is a difference in the price of each.
#2 - You'll have to go to "Settings" and "About" to see the Capacity. Go for the 64 as a minimum. The 16Gb is fairly useless. you won't be able to store much content on it.
