Iran's leaders are despots, but smart. They don't start wars they could lose, they would never attack nuclear armed Israel.
Again, all the US/Israeli pressure has done over the years is to pressure the government to keep the hardcore side in power and lessen the chance of reform.
If you don't want Iran to build nukes stop threatening them with war all the time.
Yes, Israel tried to goad Iran into war 3 times during the genocide and each time Iran managed a balanced response that allowed them to look like they were resisting without giving Israel the rationale to justify a full on war. They outplayed Israel and the US and kept war from happening.

The data presented way belie your point. Obama inherented 2 wars. He shut down 1 and stepped down the other. Why isn't GWB the most warlike? He had twice as many. He started both wars. You can't ignore context.
Obama had the border under control. Many fewer attempts to get in v Trump. Trump's plan was to make them suffer so they won't try to enter. He based it on lots of lies about immigrants committing more crimes, that people don't know what's going on, etc.
