No, they aren't using lube to make you come faster and get more customers.
Many women don't produce enough natural lubrication without normal or extended foreplay time with someone they are actually turned on by. And also having sex and multiple times a day, including washing between clients can result in not enough natural lubrication causing discomfort, pain and actual damage the vagina. I dare say the lube its entirely for them and not for you or for you to cum faster. Some options I would suggest:
1) Find a SP that gets wet easily from reading the reviews
2) If you enjoy DATY or don't mind, consider that to get them wet; also to enjoy your time with the SP
