That’s exactly how DEI is interpreted through the MAGA lens, as a catch-all slur rather than an actual initiative. The fact that you don’t think they’d label you a DEI hire is kind of amazing. Trust me, they’re not making nuanced exceptions.

You might feel unique and maybe you are but in that crowd, nuance isn’t the strong suit. If you don’t fit their mold, you're either a “woke token” or a threat to the status quo. It’s not about merit to them, it’s about maintaining a narrative.

So yeah, laugh now, but don't be surprised once you get your green card and go live under your King's rule, the MAGA folks start side-eyeing you next.

Deportations - even the conservative supreme court has ordered to follow due process.
