Is there a way to block a user's posts from being visible to you?

Hi

Is there a way to "block" a user personally, so that you don't see any of their posts or replies to them?

There are a few usernames I repeatedly see that hijack threads and post the most useless shit; I would rather not see their completely irrelevant and idiotic posts, when I'm looking up an escort.

If there isn't such a feature, and if you guys (the people who run this forum) are open to suggestions, could such a feature be added?

Thank you

Upper right hand corner of the page, select Settings.
Then, in the left hand column, select Edit Ignore List.
Add the names of those you want to ignore.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT, thank you so much! If I had a uterus I would consider having your babies. (Probably not tho, tbh)

Add everyone's names in. That way you will never see opposing views or be triggered!

I don't know what the point of your comment is, or why you would bother typing it, but it seems you have trouble reading or comprehending this thread. I have an issue with people hijacking review threads to argue or wildly speculate, correct each other or the escort, insert their opinions about what they like without having seen the escort and various other insufferable and irrelevant shit. I just want to know whether the escort was engaged, and wanted to be there, mainly or whatever else the person seeing the escort wants to share about their experience with her. There is nothing to oppose. These are not opposing views, this is not a political discussion or debate. Most importantly, this has absolutely nothing to do with you.

This is my issue, and rather than argue with people or correct them, I asked for a way to deal with it and was provided with. What is your problem? Why do you feel the need to insert your snide comment? Or do you feel personally attacked because you're one of the insufferable people who feels the need to insert themselves into discussions that do not concern them in the slightest?

He was trolling you. You should probably put his name on the list. Lol

It's called freedom of speech. If you don't like what somebody say's, either rebut the comment with facts or ignore it. There have been a lot of despot dictatorships that have banned freedom of speech. Do not go down that slippery slope.

LOL. At this point the hatred is just hilarious. On some level I think I get some satisfaction seeing some of you bend over backwards complaining knowing I've done nothing but make comments and people make it out like I'm stabbing them. Nobody is required to join Terb, no is required to read something they don't want to read, nobody is required to respond. Somehow the concept of choice seems to elude some.

Irony - the OP has posted ZERO reviews. By definitionhe's leeching. Although some seem to be unable to count, I've posted around 20 SP reviews and 40+ MPS reviews. You know what they say about people in glass houses.

I also realize (to my satisfaction) that some people won't see this because they have me on ignore. GREAT! Usually they are the ones spouting nonsense or arguing or crying one thing or another.

Hey Hey 's comment is the only one worth reading cause it's spot on (Mr. Bret's ok too).

Edit just saw BigSleazy's post. Right on.

All these years and I've never put anyone on ignore. I think I was only ever tempted with Fuji. What's his new handle?

That must be quite the slope, to slip from putting someone on an IGNORE list, which is in line with your advice by the way, on ONE website on the internet, to "banning freedom of speech". This is not even banning anyone.

I find it easier/faster to click name, it goes to profile, click ad to ignore list and confirm.
Ignored in 3 clicks. :)

And yeah, got tired of the trolls. I got better things to do with my time.

P.S. I’m all for free speech. But I don’t have to listen to it. I quite often turn off the news. Eww.

I’m often reminded of my mothers sayings from when I was little. She’s passed some years ago and I still miss her. But one of her favoured was;

“If you don’t have anything nice to say, keep your fucking mother shut.”

Yes, she swore like a trooper when she was drinking. I come from a long line of Irish drunks.

More than one way to get the job done.
Thanks for the tip.

I've never even considered putting anyone on ignore. People act like other posters are yelling in their ear when all they are doing is reading a screen ffs. Most of whom put people on ignore are most likely millennials age who can't accept others opinions and are overly sensitive.

YouTube sensitive Elliott.

2 people who posted in this thread are on my iggy list...not saying who...:whoo::whoo:
Putting someone on an ignore list on a forum is the adult equivalent of plugging your ears, covering your eyes and telling I'm cant hear you. Lol

Hope i made the list btw
