The closest thing to good advice I got was from someone who essentially is just guessing. They really don't know a hundred percent if someone's using a texting app, they're just making an educated guess.
It was my understanding that there are better ways to do this. Maybe I'm asking the wrong crowd, but if anyone knows for sure how to do this I am interested. I have already heard the half assed explanations.
