Iso - *82

I'm reading a few ads for SPs in the US. (I'm heading down there in a bit.) A lot of the ads put *82 in front of the SP's phone number.

Example: Call me at *82, 416 555 5555

What's up with *82?

I believe *82 unblocks blocked cell phone numbers, in other words, they wont answer blocked numbers
