when i use to have a girl i would make for her a heavily shaken vodka, cranberry juice with a touch of grand marnier and touch of grapefruit juice to make a nice mousse 
Its a nice easy drinking beer. Once in a while I'll mix it up with Sleeman Ale. And when I'm out I usually drink Guinness.

Replace grapefruit juice with lime juice and it’s officially a cosmopolitan.
In the early 90’s i was a bartender. A guy from new zealand thought me to replace lime juice in shaken drinks by grapefruit or orange juice. It adds the needed acidity plus a better mousse which is always a winner
A recent lover recommended this to me, I have yet to try it. how is it?
I went to a bar downtown that has a nice whisky list, I tried 3 and I liked Oban 14.
I am much more of a wine/Champagne lover and pretty new to whisky but super curious and want to enjoy it more at home too.
Oban is amazing! My dad put me onto it years ago, it was his favorite Scotch. I wasn't much of a Scotch fan tbh but that one was so smooth. But every Christmas Eve it would be our nightcap. Neat, the way it should be. Great memories I'll always cherish.
