Thank you for the information Gators, the Gleason score denotes how fast the cancer cells are metastasizing. With a Gleason 9 score President Biden will be putting his affairs in order.

As you know each tumor has its own mutation. From what I read about Mr. Biden diagnosis. Tumor can be shrank by hormone therapy which is a lot better than chemo and mets to bone can be addressed by different meds.
I have a family member who has been on ELIGARD for the last four years after being diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer...Now we never knew what his Gleason score was because they weren't going to do a biopsy at his advanced age. But his PSA was 157. 3 months after the first ELIGARD shot his PSA was .03 I believe. That will creep back up though over time.
I have to wonder what his recent diagnostic history has been though...How long have they known about this concern...If it's been for a while now, why were they putting him through the stress of running for President. There's been rumours that his wife Jill has been pushing him forward these years out of vanity. Hope not.

If you read about Frank Zappa, it's almost amazing he lived as long as 52 years.
He claimed a diet that was mostly cigarettes, coffee and junk food.
His father also worked in a laboratory that made chemical weapons for the US military and he supposedly brought home lab equipment for Frank to play that had contained mercury and other dangerous substances, so he had exposure to a lot of cancer-causing agents since he was a little kid.
He also was plagued by health problems like asthma and sinus problems as a child. His sinus problems were treated with radiation therapy.
Frank Zappa also refused conventional medical treatment his entire life and refused to go to doctors or dentists.
We don't know what Jill is like behind the scenes.
We do know she was a young woman who married a U.S. Senator. Biden gave her credit for renewing his interest in politics after the tragic death of his wife and daughter.
I think it's easy to say she liked the trappings of the office (President). I can't believe she was looking forward to spending her days hanging out with an elderly man in cognitive decline. This is a very common challenge for women who are younger than their husbands.
