I will blame Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell and anyone else who champions these things. It will be a bypartisan effort.

You're going to have to define "champion" then.
Is that anyone who votes for it?
Anyone who is involved with the deal?
Anyone who signs anything?

And yes it depends on the Dems killing the Filibuster. The GOP wont do it. They like the gridlock. It means only what they want passes peacefully.

The Dems don't have control of the Senate and can't kill the filibuster.
You are saying this entire scenario only depends on if the Dems win in Georgia?

Its a prediction based on circumstances. If Pelisi manages to keep the house then gridlock continues. Another four years at war. And income inequality gets worse.

So you would prefer that the GOP takes the house so as to prevent gridlock?
