Does this happen with other websites as well? Your IE windows are probably set too large. I'd maximize the windows using the little square next to the X in the top right corner of the IE window.

Don't listen to them Melanie. Simply send a PM to Fred and he will send you the official TERB screen. Unless you have the official TEB screen you will not be able to view TERB properly.
