I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about the Kabbalah?
I take a bit of an interest in different religious beliefs (reading the Rig Veda was difficult I must admit), as well as mysticism and this is one I haven't had the opportunity to explore.
Apparently its become trendy - kinda like scientology was for a time I guess, or is that still "in"? Apparently Madonna, Roseanne Barr, Barbra Streisand, Courtney Love and Winona Ryder are all fans of it. I'm wondering if there is a particular allure for the female gender?
Oh and what is "gematriya" I understand ancient Hebrew letters (no vowels if I recall correctly, those were just assumed) had numbers assigned - I'm not sure what they do with those numbers? Is it something like astrology?
