Well, this would be an interesting turn of events if true. I just googled Ken Lay dead and came up with nothing that would indicate that it has happened. I've also been listening to CBC radio all morning and have heard nothing. So can you give us a link or something.
Assuming it is true, I'm not sure how I feel about that. I think I'd rather he lived a long life locked up in jail in full humiliation. Death is too easy for him.

I wouldn't listen to the CBC for up to the minute information, it was a long time until they mentioned the 9/11 World Trade Centre plane crash that day.
They had more important business, something like Shelagh Rogers discussing how to re-arrange your closet with a special consultant.
As far as Lay, he was a prime candidate for a heart attack but suicide is a possibility with that kind of future ahead of him.
