Jack Ruby is anything but proof. In fact if you read credible sources the Ruby timeline showed that is was pure luck in timing. I am not sure who Posner is, and I was not attempting to refute anything using Ruby. I was just interested if anyone actually knew what Ruby was doing a few minutes before the shooting and how it was decided when to transport Oswald.
