You believe keno may be rigged? They check how many big winners or potential big winners and change 1-2 numbers?

I think the amount they give out in prize
money depends to some extent on revenue intake ( figures for which are not easily available).
But personally I have never known anyone to receive a split prize for Ontario keno, so likely
instead of splitting prizes they just run a program through the numbers to iron out some of the randomness. Indeed some Ont Keno draws don't fit the normal definition
of randomness (it's not unusual to get draws where 14/20 numbers are even or vice versa - 14/20 odd).

It really does not matter whether it is a quick pick or elaborate scheming of your favorite numbers. If you cannot foresee the necessary causal connections leading to the jackpot numbers, you will have to rely on the luck of the draw so to speak. LOL!!! By the way, that lucky dog won $314 in Indiana Saturday. $14M more than you will give him. LOL!!!

Cobster has problems understanding the cyclical nature of lottery numbers
