As for the intoxicated rape laws, I said it once, and I'll say it again. The legal opinion on intoxication and responsibility is extremely shaky.
If a guy gets drunk, and in his drunken stupor makes the decision to start a fight and assaults someone, the law says he was still legally responsible for making that decision, and must face the consequences.
If a guy gets drunk, and in his drunken stupor makes the decision to drive a car and kills someone, the law says he was still legally responsible for making that decision, and must face the consequences.
If a woman gets drunk, and in her drunken stupor makes the decision to sleep with a guy that she later regrets. The law says she can't possibly be held responsible for making that decision, and the guy must face consequences.
As for lying? This is a slippery slope. What if the guy told her he loved her before they had sex, and then changed his mind after he slept with her. Is that still deceiving her? What is the limit to this then?
If that is the case, technically every woman who has gotten a divorce could technically go after her ex for multiple counts of rape. After all the vows said till death do they part. Was that being criminally deceptive?
