Just word of advice....
If you get a less than decent review, you should try not to argue with the person who gave it in an open-forum like Terb. It would look better on you to have made a short statement rather than bashing the client. He clearly seems knew to this, and was probably nervous and scared to say something while there. You will notice that the more experienced hobbyists will be more forthcoming, and may perhaps enjoy conversation more than new-comers.
Something like this, for instance: "I am a smoker. If the client had an issue with it, he did not inform me at the time. For future reference, any person who comes to visit me should be aware that I do smoke inside the location."
I know its hard to hear bad reviews... But it does say a lot to possible future clients to just keep your cool about it all. When I was working last summer I had some "drama" with an ex-driver of mine on Terb. He was banned, and I was able to maintain my cool by calmly explaining the situation and "saving face" so to speak.
Just remember... your actions/response towards a bad/inaccurate review can be worse than the review itself.
