From home, I use Yahoo! Voice. Kind of nice to call anywhere in the U.S. and Canada for 1 cent a minute any time of day, any day. Rates elsewhere are dirt cheap, too.
have used 10-10-710/610/620 - they show up on your regular phone bill. If you cancel Bell's plan there is a extra network charge or something (like $8) that should go away too.
