Nope, that would be helium. Perhaps you could make a cocktail, then you could experience extreme euphoria, have a prolonged erection, AND talk like mickey mouse during sex.BiggieE said:...except it makes you talk like Mickey Mouse....
Sheez, CO2 is pretty dangerous. Don't try this at home.BiggieE said:...I used to do something called "whippets" whenI was younger...CO2 cartidges...did all of the above...even the erection thingy...a girl fell on my lap and almost broke it...ow...could have been tragic...
have you tried Ebay?because said:Anyone know any headshops in TO where you can legally obtain things like nitrous oxide and butyl nitrate poppers? Used to have them in Texas.
Any hot rod/high performance shop will sell you a nitrous kit for car engines. If they get the kits there must be some way to buy the nitrous oxide at a retail outlet as well. As an example check outbecause said:Anyone know any headshops in TO where you can legally obtain things like nitrous oxide and butyl nitrate poppers? Used to have them in Texas.
Someone just mentioned you can get them at the Bay on Queen, in the cooking accessories dept.shack said:They used to be available at Ideal Bakery (or Restaurant) Supplies in the Bathurst College area, I believe. As well, it was a long time ago for me.
http://www.resort.com/~banshee/Info/N2O/nitrous.obtain.htmlHigh performance racing shops sell the tanks and feeder units to inject nitrous into the carberators. They also sell bulk nitrous gas. But there is a catch: the gas is mixed, generally (always?) with hydrogen sulfide (the rotting egg gas) which will make anyone breathing it VERY ill. (There is evidence that hydrogen sulfide can cause permanent damage to lung tissues and nerve endings.)
Yes it was. But is the nitrate that is the active agent, however the nitrate needs a method of physiological transport, thus an organic counter-ion such as the amyl or butyl ion. Various laws in various states in America have been passed to make them controlled substances. Therefore, people keep changing the organic portion to keep it legal. Thus, amyl nitrate is now illegal in most American states, but butyl nitrate is not or perhaps has become illegal recently. Now, I believe cyclohexyl nitrate is becoming popular.antaeus said:
Lastly, wasn't it amyl nitrate that was so popular? no idea what it is though.
I don't know who wrote this site but he is wrong. Okay partly wrong. He was right when he said hydrogen sulphide is lethal. It is very lethal because it paralyses the lungs and converts to sulphuric acid and burns them. It can only be smelled at low concentrations because of the paralysis.happygrump said:
