ive invested time, money and faith into this team, and its a shame that hard working fans give a shit more than players.

This core four has gotten all the money they wanted, the ice time, the commercials, the perks, the staff they wanted, the clout, the motion and in return they deliver bullshit. fuck em.

I finally figured this out.
I put a nice bet on ProLine for Florida to win tonight.

I’ve been doing that (betting against the Leafs in the playoffs) the last seven years and I can now retire comfortably!

Strong team effort by the Leafs tonight.

I watched Matthews after he scored and he showed very little emotion...The look on his face was, calm and all business.

Toronto proved this evening that they are resilient and they're going to fight right down to the end.

good news is we got chief instead of keefe leading the charge.
The law of averages, there's no way these guys can go 9 years and choke this many game 7s.
Matthews/Marner are a due a signature breakout game once for history.

Game four they took four penalties that led to the Panthers winning goal. Taking too many bad penalties finally caught up.

That leads us to game 6 and we’ll need a miracle just to force a game 7.

The Panthers have planted the seed of doubt in their head that they’re going to be hit hard if they want to make plays. They’ve been targeting Tanev and they hit him hard every time he touches the puck and that is wearing him down as the series continues.

I don’t know what’s Matthews’ excuse this year for not producing offensively. You don’t get paid 14mil for just playing well defensively, especially when your team is losing. He didn’t produce in the four nation cup either. He has become a perimeter player looking for a one timer and even Nylander has attacked the goal mouth much more frequently.
