Only 3 teams have more points than Toronto in the regular season.
They are Washington, Winnipeg, and Vegas. All 3 of these teams are currently down 1 to 3.
Home ice advantage after round 2 goes to the team with the better regular season record.
Florida has less regular season points than all of Carolina, Dallas, and Edmonton.
So if Florida advances they will not have home ice advantage in any series they play.
Toronto, on the other hand, can potentially have home ice advantage in every series they play.
