You ever think that stuff like this has to be done carefully and properly?

For one thing, bail denial will need the number of jails to be massively increased. As well, as innocent people being framed and forced to sit in jail for months before they can prove their innocence.

PeePee does it for the headlines because he knows he's an impotent, powerless dork who will never actually win an election and get to put any of his "policies" into effect.

Well, Liberals already got rid of carbon tax that PP criticized for a long time. So, technically his policy came into effect. Liberals just don't want to give him credits for that.

Point the flaws lol Liberals would rather eat a dog that agree with PP. So, that's not the argument.
Crime is declining, PeePee is lying by saying its increasing.
His bill is trying to put people in prison before trial, before they are found guilty but judges already have the control to limit bail on risky perps.
What he wants to do is take away that control from judges, which will cost the country more in jail builds and costs and not increase the safety of the country in a way that justifies the cost.

Yes it does need to be done carefully and properly, because if not we will have repeat offenders on our streets.

So you are willing to spend Billions on other services, but can't find the budget for a new correctional facility?

Repeat offenders are innocent? Talk about bad luck.

Oh yeah, when business are being robbed and people are being assaulted, it's just all for Poilievre to make headline. Nothing more.

So nice that you support crime and chaos.

This is the type of people that are being protected.

How much more do we have to go through before we have real justice reform?
But it's easy to cherry pick the 1% of cases where the system fucks up.

How about this: Guy's wife is a bitch. She makes up a story that he slapped her around. Cops arrest him. In PeePee World, no one gets bail. So guy stays in jail for 8 months and loses the job he's had for 25 years and all his seniority. The day before trial, wife fakes being ill, so she doesn't have to go to court. Charges are dropped, but guy has no house, no car and no job.

That's PeePee World in action.

Justice reform is the easiest issue the Liberal could have and should have been cleared up by now.

This is an open net and they still seem to be missing. Should take this long.

If Poilievre was in office, I bet you it would have been done already.

Link to the story? Or is this just fantasy talk?

So, you cannot point any issues with the bill? Nothing surprising. I am surprised you didn't attach some twitter post with AI slop generated.
Here is a crime stats, BTW: https://www150.statcan.gc.ca/n1/daily-quotidien/250722/cg-a002-eng.htm
They are roughly the same per 100k population. However, if we take into account Canadian population explosive growth, there is more crime than ever before.

Also, you say that bail reform works as expected, if so, why the Liberal party said that they're going to table a new justice system bill?

Do you have any data to prove your point. So far you just make baseless claims.

Gun buyback would be even either. I haven't seen anyone support it.

Its not an open net, its just being used as red meat for the Cons.

I gave you reasons, don't blame me if you won't accept them.
Crime is not increasing, PeePee is a liar.
