Trumputin would invade militarily if he thought he could get away with it. I would bet $1000 he has had this exact conversation with Putin for guidance on invasion. The problem for him, he knows he cannot get away with it and suggesting an economic war only, which even that will cause inflation and his country is already starting to ask what is going on with inflation and the stock market.
