I'm glad this isn't a betting thread, that was my first thought when I saw the word "pool".

Voda and O2 are on some kind of overload protocol, meaning they have to reserve some lines for emergency services due to the overloading by the public. This is apparently a first for them. They are saying there are delays but no outages. Keep trying.
