I've used them for years with mixed results. Sometimes the net goes down but is up in very short order. I've never had the TV go out but it seems that their packages are a little on the high side (price wise).
They don't offer and have no plans to offer HDTV which is why (if I have any say) my building will switch over to Rogers when our contract is up.
Tech support is sometimes busy but they've never failed to assist me when needed.
I found their customer service to be poor at best and should you want to return their gear you willl be expected to drive out to Milton to drop it off, otherwise they charge you a fee for it...something like $100
