Looking for a webmaster

Well I am sure there are plenty of them I am starting a search for a Webmaster with specific qualifications. My company is looking into changing our current site from HTML to XHTML and putting a big push on for website optimization. We would prefer to deal with an Indy in this regard rather then a corporation. If there are any webmasters here that would be interested in having a discussion with me regarding this please send me a PM and we can move from there.
