First, these are iOS concerns not Mac....

Second, the iPad 2 will be announced in two days, the delay reports were erroneous....

Yes, it's the subscription policy for the Apple ecosystem - the Apple policy is that if you sell a subscription directly you have to also sell it through the apps store.
