I made a part-time porn site 10 years ago, I learned a lot. At this point the market is pretty mature, you can decide which parts you want to do yourself, versus outsource. There is so much free content everywhere that to make money you have to either be highly specialized so that people will pay, or be a big well-known player. So for us, highly-specialized. Next time I try it I will focus on developing the highly-specialized content only, and out-source the hosting, billing, marketing, etc. And I would not pay market rates for random girls, I would find girls who were into my area of specialty, and who trusted me enough to work for a share of any money we made, because they were having a good time. In that scenario, it will be an inexpensive good-time, because I will pick a specialty I am into, and any money we make will just be a bonus.
I have a couple of ladies lined up to work with this summer, we'll see how it goes. I will start just be producing content and selling it, it that gets enough response, I will have it on a template site with click-ads.
