Peel Regional Police say they are investigating after a home surveillance video shows a man being violently attacked by three men in his Brampton, Ont. driveway after he enters his white Jeep.


The video, dated Aug. 4, shows a driveway outside of a home in a residential neighbourhood. It appears to show a resident walking to his white Jeep Rubicon, getting in, and then three men run toward the vehicle as one man armed with an axe smashes the window.

The driver gets out of the vehicle, attempting to fend off the three attackers. One man is armed with a machete, while one has an axe, the video shows.

Eventually, the victim gets pulled out of the vehicle by his foot and he pushes past the three men, only to get attacked by the suspects just behind the Jeep at the end of his driveway slightly out of frame.

See a lot of this happening it's more sign of the times. About four years ago the same stunt was pulled on Winston Churchill and Steeles Avenue, a group of guys locked in a white pickup truck they all got out with their sticks dragged the driver out and beat the shit out of him. And then there was the other incident at the Tim Hortons near Sheridan College, I do believe it was in the area of McLachlan and Steeles Avenue again same thing sticks and bats. All these things have something in common that they don't release to the public (they all had money dealings). And now you have clown Brown pushing for the police to solve this case (yes he needs the votes). And that hipster and Ottawa wants to buy back my AR 15 gives your head a shake. On a side note received a phone call from the fire department wanting to check for smoke alarms and such, why don't they go after all these illegal apartments like the one behind me and the one beside me?

The politicians see those illegal apartments and rooming houses as "affordable housing". Keeps people from living in parks.

Possibly he did a real estate transaction where somebody got real pissed off? Of course I have no idea if this was the case.

However, I knew a real estate broker back in the day who was more about the bucks than protecting his clients. One day there was a knock on the front door of his home. He answered the door, and the guy standing there asked if he was "his name". When he said yes, the guy punched him in the face so hard he knocked him out, and left him with a broken nose and cheekbone. Could have been brass knuckles involved. Be careful who you piss off...
