Not that it's well articulated but maybe he's saying that he's had sex while on MDMA, and describes it, but never while on pot and is wondering what it's like.Like "drapes don't match the carpet"... title and contents don't match...

Shrooms LSD, Ayahusca …and other hallucinogens during sex are generally discouraged by those who enjoy a good earthy lustful unadulterated fuck. Cannabis could pleasantly tweak the experience and alcohol provokes lust but takes away from the performance.
