Pics are 70%, looks are very dependent on personal preference. Go and see her, if you don't like her just walk away. Her service is really good, seen her in other cities in the past and saw her yesterday, always satisfied with her.

I reached out to meet Maria/Ginger based on this review but she offers bbfs so thats a definite no for me. To risky for me.
I don't see it in her add other than perhaps coded. How do you know? I mean, do you straight up ask and red-flag yourself?
I have seen Ginger one time. Don't remember precisely when, but it was within the past two years, on University Avenue, very close to both universities. Assuming that Maria is indeed Ginger (her photos are so doctored I can't tell), she provides good service at decent rates. However, the rumors of her offering bbfs have been very persistent, to the point where I believe them and have not revisited her (my one encounter with her was all-covered, at my own insistence).
