Isn't Johnson the House leader which passed the CR to keep the government open. It was the senate that shut down the government, or don't you know how things work. And even in the senate, the GOP, other than Paul supported the CR, so really is the DEMs that shut down the government, unless of course, you think they should get what they want rather than a clean CR, of which, the DEMs voted 13 times to pass under the Biden administration.
